Project Goal

The goal of our engagement was to extend and stabilize the SHEQSY internal management system. Key priorities included delivering new calendar event and map integration modules, improving application performance, and executing a major Angular framework upgrade — enabling the team to continue building on a modern, maintainable codebase.

Solution

We developed and refined multiple internal management modules — including calendar event functionality and interactive map integration — while fixing bugs and optimizing app performance. We also led a full Angular upgrade from the legacy version to the current release, adapting all existing functionality and resolving every compatibility issue introduced by the migration to ensure a stable, production-ready system.

Key Challenges

Legacy Angular codebase required a multi-version major upgrade without disrupting production functionality
Numerous breaking changes and dependency incompatibilities surfaced after the framework migration
Calendar event module required complex state management and real-time synchronization logic using RxJS
Map integration demanded reliable performance under dynamic data updates in the internal management interface

Key Features

Angular Framework Upgrade — Migrated the entire codebase from a legacy Angular version to the current release, adapting all existing modules and resolving 100% of post-upgrade breaking changes and compatibility issues.
Calendar Event Module — Developed and refined calendar event functionality within the internal management system, including state management and real-time update handling with RxJS.
Map Integration — Implemented interactive map support inside the management interface, enabling location-based data visualization with reliable performance under dynamic updates.
Bug Fixes & Performance Optimization — Identified and resolved critical bugs across multiple modules, improving overall application stability and reducing load times by ~30%.
