Project Overview

The platform matches students with the right tutor across four specialized learning tracks, provides flexible 25- and 55-minute lesson formats via Zoom, and lowers the entry barrier with three free trial lessons — all supported by an AI assistant and round-the-clock customer care.

Project Goal

The goal of the project was to build a scalable tutoring marketplace that makes professional English education accessible, personal, and risk-free. A key focus was placed on student-tutor matching across specialized tracks, frictionless onboarding through free trial lessons, and retaining learners with AI-powered scheduling and 24/7 support.

Solution

We built a full-stack tutoring marketplace featuring tutor discovery and filtering across four learning categories, a free trial lesson onboarding flow, dual-format lesson scheduling (25 and 55 minutes), Zoom-based 1-on-1 sessions, an AI assistant for learning plans and scheduling, and a mobile application. The platform also includes a review system, tutor profiles with ratings, and a 24/7 support layer.
