ExistLive is an event management platform by Mouse Live, Inc. that simplifies ticketing, fundraising, and campaign management for event creators, artists, and nonprofits β offering tools to set up events in minutes, sell and scan tickets on mobile and web, and accept donations through sub-campaigns, all with no upfront fees.

Project Overview
The platform delivers a unified event journey for organizers and attendees alike: quick event creation, flexible ticketing across mobile and web, and built-in fundraising tools β designed especially for nonprofits, community organizers, and emerging artists who need a simple, low-cost alternative to complex event platforms.

Our Role
The goal of the project was to remove the complexity and high fees typically associated with event platforms, making it fast and affordable for creators and nonprofits to launch an event, sell tickets, and raise funds β all without upfront costs.


What We Delivered
We built an event management platform featuring fast event creation and setup, mobile and web ticket sales with built-in scanning for check-in, a fundraising module supporting donations and sub-campaigns to boost fundraising goals, and a no-upfront-fee pricing model β giving organizers and attendees a seamless, end-to-end experience from setup to event day.
Key Challenges
Setting up events on traditional platforms is complicated and time-consuming for creators and small organizations
